Marlene Introduces Access to Information Motion

OTTAWA – The Honourable Marlene Jennings, Deputy House Leader for the Official Opposition, and Liberal Critic for Government Ethics and Democratic Reform, today introduced a motion calling on the federal government to reinstate the Co-ordination of Access to Information Requests System (CAIRS). This information system was dismantled by the Conservative government on April 1, 2008.
